We finally incorporated an official rescue last year. For that we hired an attorney to make sure we did everything properly for our state (NY). You may need to fundraise to incorporate as it costs a bit of money...between $1000-$1500. Best of luck! Hi Deb,

I have always had a wonderful love of horses. I have never been in a place large enough to care for one, but I visit my friends' horses every chance I get. I am brokenhearted when I see any animal mistreated, but these magnificent animals that are such a gift to us on this planet so deserve love and kindness. We have some neighbors who take in rescue horses. I think they have 3 now, and it just fills my heart with joy every time I see these sweet animals in such a loving place to live out their lives with the care they so richly deserve. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do, and bless you and your helpers who care for these magnificent, wise creatures who are are teachers to us in so many ways.
